Withn a 16hr Dispatch schedule for all orders if your order is placed before 12pm (AEST) during the week.If placed on a weekend or after 12pm on a weekday, your order will be dispatched on the following business day.This excludes public holidays and during times of high demand (i.e. during sales, special events etc.) where it may take up to 48 hours to dispatch your parcel.
All parcels are sent as Authority to Leave, this means your parcel delivery person is able to leave your parcel at your door, post box or safe place, ready and waiting for you!
All parcels are tracked and your tracking number will be emailed to you along with your shipping confirmation.
Within Australia
Typically, standard parcels take 3-5 business days to arrive when shipped from our Melbourne site.Express parcels usually arrive within 1-2 business days.
International
Generally, international orders can take up to 12-14 business days depending on your location.
International parcel may incur import duties.
